An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager / Care Home Manager to take the lead at a brand-new premium care service in Southport. This is an opportunity for an established Care Home Manager who is looking to step into a distinctive new environment where exceptional care is combined with the standards and service associated with a five-star hotel. The new service will provide luxury residential care and extra care, offering residents beautifully designed accommodation, excellent facilities, outstanding food and a highly personalised approach to care.
We are looking for a confident Registered Manager or Care Home Manager who can lead the service, develop an exceptional team and establish a culture where quality, hospitality and resident experience are at the heart of everything we do.
As Registered Manager / Care Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the successful operation of the service. You will provide strong leadership across the care home, ensuring that residents receive safe, effective and person-centred care while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and service delivery. For the right Care Home Manager, this is an opportunity to become part of a new service at an important stage of its development. You will help establish the culture, standards and reputation of the care home and have genuine influence over how the service develops.

Key Responsibilities - Care Home Manager
- Taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the care home.
- Leading the delivery of high-quality residential care and extra care.
