Overview
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Registered Business Manager to lead and grow our Complex Care services in Coventry. This role is ideal for a candidate with a clinical background—preferably a qualified nurse—who combines strong operational leadership with the ability to develop new business and manage existing contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and growth of Complex Care services within the Coventry region
- Develop new business opportunities, including building relationships within the NHS and other healthcare commissioners
- Manage and maintain existing contracts, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring services meet regulatory and clinical standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and healthcare professionals
- Ensure effective recruitment, retention, and management of care staff
- Drive performance, efficiency, and service excellence across the branch
Requirements
- Registered Nurse qualification preferred (RNLD or equivalent highly desirable) or strong nursing/clinical background
- Proven experience in Complex Care or a similar healthcare setting
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage client relationships, particularly within the NHS
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
