Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Regional Trainer to join our client\’s team, covering a portfolio of residential homes across Scotland. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in health and social care, along with recognized training/teaching qualifications such as Cert-Ed, Level 3 Award in Education & Training, PTLLS, or CTLLS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to staff across various residential homes.
- Develop and update training materials to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Assess training needs and create tailored programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Travel across Scotland to provide on-site training and support to different locations.
