Overview
Are you an entrepreneurial leader in adult social care with the vision to grow something special? A developing nursing home provider is currently looking for an Operations Director / RI to oversee 5 Nursing Homes in South West Wales. The services specialise in the care of the elderly, those with dementia and complex care needs.
Responsibilities
As the Operations Director you will lead a region of 4–5 elderly nursing homes, support acquisition of properties and build from ground up. You will have real autonomy across services from compliance, finance, management of registered managers, processes, business development and CIW processes. You will work directly with the owners to support growth and success.
