We are seeking a proactive and passionate Occupational Health Advisor to join a team based onsite in Oxford, with the option of Hybrid working. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an established Occupational Health team, working alongside experienced Occupational Health Advisors, Occupational Health Technicians, and an Occupational Health Manager in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Role

  • Conduct Occupational Health case management referrals (approximately 5–6 cases per day)
  • Provide professional Occupational Health advice and guidance to employees and management
  • Support health surveillance activities where required
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with professional standards
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary Occupational Health team

About You

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
  • Previous experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor
  • Confident managing your own caseload and workload independently
  • Proactive, professional, and approachable with excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality Occupational Health services
  • Right to request flexible working from day one
