The Opportunity
This is more than a traditional Deputy Manager position. We are looking for someone with the ambition and potential to progress into Home Care Manager and, ultimately, senior management. Over the next three years, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their leadership, operational and commercial skills while working closely with the senior management team. You will gain valuable experience across:
- Domiciliary and home care operations

About You
We are looking for someone with solid deputy management experience, ideally within domiciliary care, home care, complex care or a similar regulated care environment. You will ideally be:
- Strong on CQC compliance and quality assurance
- Experienced within domiciliary/home care
- Knowledgeable about complex and elderly care
- Confident leading and developing care teams
- Strong on care standards and safeguarding
- Organised and commercially aware
- Comfortable troubleshooting operational issues
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- Ambitious about progressing into senior management
