Award winning care provider looking for a passionate and experienced nursing home manager for their 70 bed service which requires some turnaround / quality improvement! You will be supported by a quality team to ensure you can achieve your goals!
Nursing home specialising in elderly and dementia care. You don’t need a PIN but must have managed a large nursing home!
Key Responsibilities- Manage the overall operations of the nursing home
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of staff
- Develop and manage budgets and financial plans
- Maintain high levels of resident satisfaction and care quality
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Financial management experience
- Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and empathy
- Proven turnaround experience
- Registered Nurse qualification preferred or management of a large nursing home
