We are seeking a qualified Home Manager with experience managing a minimum 62‑bed care home specialising in dementia and general nursing care. You will have a proven track record of leading teams within a person‑centred care environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background, a minimum of three years' experience as a Home Manager, and evidence of achieving and maintaining Good CQC ratings within the last three years.
