Role responsibilities
The Care Home Manager will have 24/7 responsibility for all aspects of resident and staff care, managing HR issues, training, supervisions, and ensuring continued success of CQC ratings and occupancy rates, supported by a senior management team.
Candidate requirements
- Nurse qualified OR experienced in managing a nursing home
- At least 2 years\' experience as a Home Manager
- Track record of achieving good CI grades
- Strong knowledge of CI & private markets
- Personable with excellent communication skills and a passion for care
- Proven ability to improve occupancy and manage people effectively
