We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a 2-bed children's residential home in Nottingham. The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with Ofsted regulations. You will lead, develop, and inspire your team to provide outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Register with Ofsted and maintain a minimum rating of "Good"
- Provide strong, consistent leadership to the staff team
