About the Role

As Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the home with compassion, professionalism and vision.

You will inspire your team to deliver person‑centred care of the highest standard while ensuring the home remains fully compliant, commercially successful and a warm, welcoming environment for residents and their families.

About You

  • Has a minimum of three years' experience as a Registered Care Home Manager.
  • Holds a Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or equivalent).
  • Has experience managing a 40+ bed nursing and dementia care home.
  • Has a strong clinical and operational background.
  • Has experience commissioning or supporting newly opened services (desirable).
  • Has an excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
  • Is passionate about delivering outstanding, person‑centred care.
  • Is a confident and inspiring leader who develops and empowers teams.
  • Leads with integrity, compassion and professionalism.
