We are seeking an experienced ANP, ACP, or Paramedic Practitioner to join a well-established GP in Newark. You will work autonomously to provide high-quality clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients across a wide range of presentations, supported by a skilled multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities- Provide same-day and routine clinical assessment for patients presenting with undifferentiated symptoms.
- Manage acute and long-term conditions, using evidence-based practice and independent clinical judgement.
- Undertake physical examinations, interpret investigations, and initiate treatment plans.
- Prescribe independently (if qualified) and follow safe prescribing protocols.
- Support chronic disease management and contribute to QOF and local enhanced services.
- Work closely with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, mental health practitioners, and wider primary care colleagues.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using modern digital systems.
- Participate in clinical audits, learning events, and ongoing professional development.

Person SpecificationEssential:

- Independent prescriber (V300) or working towards qualification.
