We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established and highly regarded nursing home in Lanarkshire, providing high-quality care and support to older people, including residents living with dementia. The Role

As Nursing Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of the home, ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred and high-quality care. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team, maintaining strong clinical and operational standards while creating a positive environment for residents, their families and staff.

  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Experience working with older people and dementia care
  • A sound understanding of CI regulatory requirements and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding resident care
  • The confidence and ability to lead a large team and drive positive change
