Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months' experience as a Registered Manager
- Previous experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities (LD)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations and compliance requirements
- Right to work in the UK – sponsorship is not available

- Provide effective leadership and management of the home, ensuring high-quality care delivery
- Ensure the service remains fully compliant with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead, motivate and develop the staff team to achieve positive outcomes for the people supported
