This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinically strong Nurse looking to step into a senior leadership position within a well-established home with a Good CQC rating.
The Role
Working alongside the Home Manager, you will provide strong clinical leadership, support the nursing and care teams, and help maintain the highest standards of care, governance and compliance.
Importantly, this is a fully supernumerary role
