My client with a well-established and highly regarded care home, located in Maidstone in Kent, is seeking a passionate and motivated Deputy Manager / experienced Team Leader to join their leadership team as a Deputy Manager.
As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality care, strong team performance, and excellent outcomes for our residents. You will act as a role model for best practice and help drive continuous improvement across the home.
Key Requirements- Deputy Management / Team Leader experience within a care home setting
- NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care
- Proven experience in administrative duties within a care home
- Good working knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong people management abilities, with a supportive and motivational approach
- A genuine passion for care and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for residents
- Competitive starting salary of £30,000 - £35,000
