Clinical Pharmacist Lead – Primary Care
Salary: £33–£40 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Up to full-time, ideally 4 days per week

I’m currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist Lead to join a supportive primary care team.
This role would suit a qualified Clinical Pharmacist with strong primary care experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and have a greater leadership responsibility within a practice setting.
The Role

Up to full-time hours, ideally across 4 days per week

Salary of £33–£40 per hour, depending on experience and skillset

Lead and support the clinical pharmacy function within the practice

Conduct structured medication reviews and optimise patient medication

Support the management of long-term conditions

Carry out medication reviews and prescribing-related work

Work closely with GPs, nurses, ANPs and the wider multidisciplinary team

Provide clinical guidance and support to other pharmacy team members

Contribute to improving prescribing safety, quality and efficiency

About You

Qualified Clinical Pharmacist

Previous experience working within primary care

Strong clinical knowledge and patient-facing experience

Independent prescribing qualification is desirable

Previous leadership or supervisory experience would be highly advantageous
