We are working with a fantastic care provider based in Hertfordshire to recruit an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager with a strong background in the supportive living / residential home sector. This is a key strategic role for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding standards of care while driving private bed fees, dealing with recruitment and HR needs. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting 6 supported living homes to thrive — operationally, financially, and will make a genuine difference to the lives of residents, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and mentor Registered Managers, helping them to achieve excellence in care delivery and operational performance
- Drive profitability and financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency
- Lead on private resident acquisition, occupancy growth, and fee optimisation
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services and strengthen local reputation
- Conduct audits and quality assurance reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal best practice
- Drive and handle HR needs for the business: from recruitment to compliance
About You
- Either progressed through the industry into a senior management role from a care assistant, or have a minimum of 6 years experience as a Registered Manager
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Health and Social Care
- Proven experience of managing multiple supported living and residential care services simultaneously
- Demonstrable experience of leading services through CQC inspections and achieving a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' result
- Experience in Mental Health, Learning Disability, Autism and Complex Behaviour care
- Be within a commutable distance to Harrow, Hertfordshire
