We are recruiting an experienced Nurse Qualified Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing home in Hayes, West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) with proven leadership experience who is passionate about quality improvement, CQC compliance and outstanding resident care.

This role will suit an established Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up, particularly someone with experience in troubleshooting, turnaround and service improvement.

The Role

  • Overall operational and clinical management of the nursing home
  • Ensure full CQC compliance, governance and safeguarding standards
  • Lead, motivate and develop nursing and care teams
  • Drive quality improvement and service development
  • Manage budgets, occupancy, staffing and performance KPIs
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, commissioners and professionals
  • Maintain a warm, welcoming and high-quality care environment

About You

  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) – essential
  • Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Deputy Manager
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations, clinical governance and safeguarding
  • Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience managing change, improving standards and leading teams through improvement
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care and improving residents' quality of life
