Our client is opening a brand-new, purpose-built veterinary surgery and is looking for a Head Vet to take full clinical ownership—shaping the team, culture, and standards from the ground up.

The role
This is a hands-on leadership position, combining clinical work with genuine influence.
You’ll:
- Lead and inspire the clinical team
- Set and maintain high clinical standards
- Deliver a strong mix of consults and surgery
- Support and develop your colleagues
- Build lasting relationships with clients and the local community
- Shape how the practice runs day to day
Working pattern
- 4 days per week (9-hour shifts)
- Admin/leadership time built into your week
