The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our domiciliary care services, ensuring high-quality care delivery to our clients. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional care. Key Responsibilities: β Manage and supervise the daily operations of domiciliary care services. β Ensure the delivery of high-quality care that meets regulatory standards. β Recruit, train, and manage care staff, ensuring they are well-supported and motivated. β Conduct regular assessments and reviews of clients\β care plans. β Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals. β Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. β Handle complaints and incidents effectively and professionally. β Maintain accurate records and documentation. β Monitor and manage budgets effectively. β Implement and oversee quality assurance processes. β Promote and uphold the values and reputation of the organization. Skills and Qualifications: β Proven experience in a managerial role within domiciliary/live-in care. β Strong leadership and team management skills. β Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. β In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance. β Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. β Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for providing high-quality care. β Proficiency in using care management software and Microsoft Office. β Full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required. Qualifications: β NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. β Registered Manager Award (desirable). β Relevant professional qualifications and training in care management.
