£23.81 per hour | £46,429.50 per annum | 37.5 hours per week
Are you an experienced nurse ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a passionate Clinical Lead to join our friendly care home in Leek and help us deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
As Clinical Lead, you’ll play a key role in leading and supporting the nursing and care team, maintaining excellent clinical standards and ensuring our residents receive the highest quality, person-centred care.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Is a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
- Has strong clinical and leadership skills
- Is passionate about delivering outstanding resident-centred care
- Can inspire, motivate and support a dedicated team
- Has experience within a care home or similar clinical setting
