A well-respected care provider is looking for a passionate and experienced nursing home manager for their 70 bed service, which has recently undergone an expansion project! You will be supported by a quality team to ensure you can achieve your goals! Nursing home specialising in elderly and dementia care. You MUST hold a valid NMC PIN!
Key Responsibilities- Manage the overall operations of the nursing home
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of staff
- Develop and manage budgets and financial plans
- Maintain high levels of resident satisfaction and care quality

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Registered Nurse qualification is a MUST, and management of a large nursing home
- Proven experience in a similar managerial role within a nursing home or healthcare setting
- Relevant management or leadership qualifications are desirable
