I am seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Home Manager to lead a well-established and reputable residential home located near Maidstone. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, forward-thinking leader who is passionate about delivering high quality care and driving positive outcomes for residents and staff. This is a small, 30-bedded, residential home specialising in elderly and dementia care with a well established and respected care provider.
Responsibilities
- 2+ years experience managing elderly focused residential homes.
- NVQ5 in Leadership and Management.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations, compliance requirements, and inspection processes.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent Good ratings or improve CQC ratings from Requires Improvement to Good.
- Experience managing and developing a large, multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to promote and sustain a positive staffing culture, with a focus on retention, morale, and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Be an effective communicator and confident decision maker.
- Have a proactive and strategic approach to service improvement.
- Show commitment to person centred care and high clinical standards.
