Salary: £45,000-£48,000

I am seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Home Manager to lead a well-established and reputable residential home located near Maidstone. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, forward-thinking leader who is passionate about delivering high quality care and driving positive outcomes for residents and staff. This is a small, 30-bedded, residential home specialising in elderly and dementia care with a well established and respected care provider.

Responsibilities

  • 2+ years experience managing elderly focused residential homes.
  • NVQ5 in Leadership and Management.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations, compliance requirements, and inspection processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent Good ratings or improve CQC ratings from Requires Improvement to Good.
  • Experience managing and developing a large, multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to promote and sustain a positive staffing culture, with a focus on retention, morale, and professional growth.
