We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing home based in Bedford. The home will cater for residents with nursing, elderly and dementia requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who is committed to delivering outstanding, person‑centred care and maintaining high clinical and regulatory standards.
Role
- Full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of the nursing home
- Ensuring high‑quality clinical care and compliance with CQC regulations
- Leading, motivating, and developing the nursing and care teams
- Managing budgets, occupancy, and overall performance of the home
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
Requirements
- RGN qualified with a valid NMC PIN
- Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Deputy Manager within a nursing home setting
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A passion for delivering high‑quality, resident‑focused care
