We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing home based in Bedford. The home will cater for residents with nursing, elderly and dementia requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who is committed to delivering outstanding, person‐centred care and maintaining high clinical and regulatory standards.

Role

  • Full responsibility for the day‐to‐day management of the nursing home
  • Ensuring high‐quality clinical care and compliance with CQC regulations
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the nursing and care teams
  • Managing budgets, occupancy, and overall performance of the home
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

Requirements

  • RGN qualified with a valid NMC PIN
  • Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Deputy Manager within a nursing home setting
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • A passion for delivering high‐quality, resident‐focused care
