- We're looking for an experienced and compassionate
Registered Home Manager to lead our well-established nursing care home in Inverness.

About the Role
As Home Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the home, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
You'll lead and inspire your team, build positive relationships with residents and families, and drive continuous improvement across the service.
About You
You'll have
- Active NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience managing a nursing home or complex care service.
- Strong knowledge of Scottish care regulations and quality standards.
- Proven leadership, people management and communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets, occupancy and operational performance.
- A passion for delivering exceptional care and developing high-performing teams.
