Are you a passionate, experienced leader ready to make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs? I am seeking a Supported Living Manager to oversee 2–3 small but dynamic supported living services based near Ilford. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and compassionate individual who is confident managing teams and services to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.
Responsibilities
- Take operational leadership of supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
- Ensure services are safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well‑led in line with CQC standards.
- Support, develop and lead your team to deliver exceptional care and outcomes for service users.
- Maintain and improve existing Good CQC ratings or work towards achieving them.
- Build strong relationships with families, stakeholders, and professionals.
Ideal Candidate
- Qualified – Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Experienced – Previous Registered Manager experience in supported living
- Knowledgeable – Solid understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and risk management
- Specialist – Experience with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health
- Driver – Must have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Local – Ideally based within a reasonable commute to Ilford
- A Leader – Strong leadership and people management skills
- A Communicator – Clear, professional, and confident in both verbal and written communication
