Home Manager – Well-Established Care Home
Location: Brighton (with on-site parking!). This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, forward-thinking leader who is passionate about delivering high quality care and driving positive outcomes for residents and staff. This is a medium, 50-bedded, residential home specialising in elderly and dementia care with a well established and respected provider.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years experience managing elderly focused residential homes
- NVQ5 in Leadership and Management
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations, compliance requirements, and inspection processes
- Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent Good ratings or improve CQC ratings from Requires Improvement to Good
- Experience managing and developing a large, multidisciplinary team
- Ability to promote and sustain a positive staffing culture, with a focus on retention, morale, and professional growth
