One of the UK\’s largest care organisations is looking for an experienced Operations Manager who specialises in elderly and dementia care.

My client is looking for a strong manager who has good communication and leadership skills. The company has a domiciliary care service based across the UK; however, this role will oversee the South of London. As the Operations Manager, you will oversee all these services. The Care Homes currently have a poor CQC rating, and it is an essential aspect of the chosen candidate\’s job description to improve these ratings.

The chosen candidate requirements:

1. Elderly and Dementia specialist
2. Strong CQC background
3. Good leadership skills
4. NVQ Level 5
