We are looking for an exceptional Nursing Home Manager with a specialism in dementia care to lead and shape a North London Nursing home owned by a well-respected care provider. About the Role
As Home Manager, you will have full responsibility for the leadership, culture, quality, and performance of the home. You will be empowered to build a dementia service rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop a skilled multidisciplinary team
- Set and maintain outstanding standards of dementia care and person-centred practice

We are looking for a Registered Manager in North London who has a good track record of GOOD CQC reports! You must have a valid NMC PIN.
