An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a prestigious luxury care home in Harrogate. The Role
As Home Manager, you will have full responsibility for the operational, commercial, and quality performance of the home, ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centred care while maintaining excellent regulatory standards. The home benefits from an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager, meaning applications are welcomed from both nurse-qualified and non-nurse managers with the right leadership experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager within a luxury or premium elderly care setting.
- Strong knowledge of the Harrogate market and experience working within the local area is highly desirable.
- Nurse qualified (NMC PIN) is welcome but not essential.
- A proven track record of achieving and maintaining strong CQC outcomes.
- Experience leading high-performing teams and creating a positive, supportive culture.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing occupancy, budgets, and overall home performance.
- Demonstrable career stability and longevity in previous management roles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
