We are recruiting for a passionate and driven Care Home Manager / Registered Manager to lead a well-established Residential and Dementia care home in Basingstoke.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Care Home Manager / Registered Manager who is committed to delivering outstanding dementia care while leading and developing a successful team. This service has an excellent local reputation and is looking for a strong Care Home Manager / Registered Manager who can maintain high standards of care, compliance, occupancy and staff engagement.

As the new Care Home Manager / Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring residents receive exceptional person-centred care in a safe, warm and supportive environment. The successful Care Home Manager / Registered Manager will work closely with senior leadership teams to continue driving quality, improve occupancy, support staff development and maintain excellent CQC standards.

This role would suit a confident Care Home Manager / Registered Manager with previous experience managing Residential or Dementia care services who thrives in a leadership position and has a genuine passion for elderly care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operations of the care home
  • Deliver high-quality Residential and Dementia care

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Care Home Manager / Registered Manager
  • Strong background within Residential or Dementia care
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Commercial awareness including occupancy and budget management
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding elderly care
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
