The Role

As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the home, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care while maintaining full compliance with regulatory standards. You will lead and support the staff team, build positive relationships with residents and families, and help create a welcoming environment where people feel respected, valued, and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily running of the care home
  • Ensure high standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered
  • Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and company policies

About You

Essential

Desirable

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
  • Dementia care experience
  • Experience managing budgets and occupancy
