We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our team in a busy dementia-focused home in Glasgow. The successful candidate will support the Deputy and Home Manager in leading and managing a team of nurses, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee day-to-day operations on the floor with a hands-on approach.
