Role: Nursing Home Manager for a 30 bed Nursing Home, part of a developing care provider in the Hythe, Kent area. The Owner is looking to recruit a Nursing Home Manager to take ownership of their nursing home. We are looking for a passionate, flexible, registered manager with a background in nursing care. The care provider prides itself on a family-like, supportive environment and seeks candidates with an experienced background and those looking for their next challenge.
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility of the home
- Staff management, appraisals, and training
- Budgets, business development, and marketing
- Care plans, reviews, and meetings
Skills / Qualifications:
- Management experience
- Nursing home management experience
- IT literate, competent, and accurate
- Passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of residents
- Hands-on practical approach, dynamic and enthusiastic
- Strong knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
- RGN / RMN with active PIN is advantageous
