We are recruiting for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established residential and dementia care home near Falkirk.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and driven leader who is committed to delivering outstanding care, developing high-performing teams, and driving continuous improvement.

The Role

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
  • Inspire, motivate, and develop a dedicated team to deliver exceptional resident outcomes.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and occupancy effectively.
  • Ensure full compliance with Care Inspectorate requirements and Health & Safety legislation.
  • Drive quality improvements through innovation, new ideas, and best practice.

About You

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience as a Nursing or Residential Home Manager.
  • Proven experience caring for older people in a Residential and Dementia setting.
  • Strong budget management and financial accountability skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards and Health & Safety legislation.
  • A proactive leader with the ability to raise standards through innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and people management skills.
