Key Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership and ensure the continued delivery of exceptional care
• Maintain compliance in line with CQC standards and best practice
• Oversee staffing, budgets, and operational performance
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners

About You

• Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a care or nursing setting
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and regulatory frameworks
• A nursing qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) is essential
• A compassionate leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
