We are seeking an experienced Deputy Care Manager to join our large residential home with an excellent reputation in Ilkeston. This role is predominantly supernumerary, requiring weekend availability and offering excellent career opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Support the manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
- Manage the home in the manager's absence.
- Ensure high-quality care is delivered consistently.
