Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dementia Unit Manager to lead a new unit in a highly regarded care home rated as GOOD. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in supporting the elderly with dementia, as well as proven experience in leading a team and line managing nurses and senior staff. Passion for dementia care is essential.
Key Responsibilities
