As Clinical Lead, you will work alongside the Home Manager to ensure the delivery of outstanding nursing care and clinical excellence throughout the home.
Key duties include
- Leading and supporting nursing and care teams
- Ensuring high-quality, person-centred care delivery
- Overseeing care planning, assessments, and reviews
- Supporting CQC compliance and clinical governance
