Are you a registered nurse experienced in Learning Disability and Autism? Our developing care provider is looking for a passionate and experienced registered nurse to manage their services across Cornwall! They are looking for a Clinical Manager / Regional Nurse Manager with a strong background in Learning Disability and Autism (LDA) to oversee a caseload of complex care clients across Cornwall. This is a unique opportunity to join a values-driven organisation that prioritises quality, compassion, and person-centred care.

You’ll manage a small, focused caseload allowing the clinical manager to build deep relationships with service users and truly understand their needs. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values clinical excellence, autonomy, and empathy.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage maximum 10 complex care packages in and around Cornwall.
  • Conduct & review comprehensive care planning and risk assessments, escalating concerns appropriately.
  • Delivery, and quality assurance of complex care packages.
  • Manage your diary flexibly to meet the needs of your caseload.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure staffing, training, and compliance.
  • Support recruitment and development of a skilled complex care workforce.
  • Handle challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Clinical Manager / Regional Nurse Manager requirements:
  • Registered Nurse and minimum 2 years’ experience as a Clinical Manager / Deputy Manager / Case Manager.
  • Background in Complex Care Nursing, ideally in community settings.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
