About the Role

As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will oversee clinical care, manage a team of nurses, and ensure the home consistently meets CQC standards. This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Nurse or Nurse Manager seeking a clinical lead or deputy manager position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the clinical care team, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee care plans, clinical assessments, and medication management to ensure residents receive the best care possible.

  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with valid NMC registration.

  • Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and the ability to maintain high standards of clinical care.
