Clinical Lead Nurse – Ilminster | £50,000-£55,000

Developing care provider require a nurse registered clinical lead in the Ilminster area. Ideally someone who has worked as a Clinical Lead or Deputy previously. Nursing PIN essential. The service provides specialist dementia and end of life nursing care. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding care provider who will support the development of your career.

Responsibilities

• The Nursing Home Manager is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with some leadership experience as a clinical lead or deputy manager to help support them in the day to day running of the home and staff management.
• The Clinical Lead Nurse will also oversee clinical compliance, medication management, change in care plans, development of clinical care and staff training.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN) is required
• Background in dementia care
• 3+ years nursing home experience
• Good communication skills
• Ideally has prior clinical lead or deputy experience
