Are you an experienced Registered Manager / Care Home Manager ready to lead a high‑quality nursing home and make a real impact?
We're looking for an ambitious Registered Manager / Care Home Manager / Nursing Home Manager to lead a modern, fully compliant nursing home with an excellent reputation for delivering high‑quality nursing, residential, dementia, respite and short‑stay care.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader with a strong track record of delivering outstanding care, maintaining CQC compliance, developing high‑performing teams and driving occupancy.
You’ll be joining a supportive organisation where you’ll have the autonomy to lead an established service with an experienced team, an excellent local reputation and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
- What You’ll Do
- Lead the clinical, operational and commercial performance of the home.
- Deliver outstanding, person‑centred nursing and dementia care.
- Maintain excellent CQC compliance and governance standards.
- Inspire, develop and retain a high‑performing multidisciplinary team.
- Drive occupancy, quality and resident satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and commissioners.
- What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Care Home Manager, Nursing Home Manager or Home Manager.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and clinical governance.
- Experience managing nursing, residential or dementia care services.
- Proven ability to improve quality, occupancy and team performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- NMC PIN desirable but not essential.
