Home Manager
Up to £70,000 + Bonus
Location: Beverley, East Yorkshire
I am recruiting for a home manager to work for a provider with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care, we are committed to excellence in everything we do. Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational leadership to the care home team
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements
- Promote a positive, caring environment aligned with Care UK’s values
- Drive performance and quality improvements
- Manage budgets effectively and deliver strong commercial performance
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, external agencies, and the local community
Requirements
- 2–3+ years’ experience as a Home Manager
- Proven leadership in residential and dementia care for older people
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health & Safety legislation
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
