This is a fantastic opportunity for a Practice Nurse looking to join a well-established team, with flexible hours and an attractive rate of up to Β£27 per hour.
The Role
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care to the practice population, working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.
The role will include:

Treatment room duties
-
Wound care and dressings
-
Immunisations and vaccinations
-
Health checks and routine reviews
-
Supporting patients with long-term conditions
-
Cervical screening
-
Chronic disease management
-
Patient education and health promotion
-
Working collaboratively with GPs, ANPs, HCAs and the wider clinical team

Maintaining accurate clinical records
-
Supporting the practice with its wider clinical and quality improvement work

The practice is looking for a confident and experienced Practice Nurse who is:

NMC registered
-
Experienced within primary care
-
Confident across a broad range of treatment-room duties

Experienced in long-term condition management
-
Able to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
