Care Home Manager / Registered Manager required to join a family run care provider based in the East of England.

The Regional Manager is looking for an experienced manager who can take this service to the next level.

The service is a 60‑bed residential service specialising in elderly and dementia care.

The provider would like to turn this into their flagship service in Essex.

The successful Care Home Manager / Registered Manager will be supported by the Owners and will receive daily support from a Team Leader and Deputy Care Manager.

As Registered Manager you will be overseeing the day‑to‑day management of the home, compliance, business development, staff management, training, and preparing for inspection.

Requirements: previous management experience in an elderly care setting, a management qualification, and a good understanding of inspection requirements.
