We are looking for a dedicated leader to manage our small, person‑centred learning disabilities residential home in Basingstoke, Hampshire. As the Learning Disabilities Manager, you will be responsible for the full operational management of a small residential home supporting adults with autism spectrum conditions, learning disabilities, and additional support needs. Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of a learning disabilities residential home
- Develop personalised support plans for adults with autism and learning disabilities
- Supervise, coach and inspire a skilled care team
- Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding procedures and regulatory requirements
- Promote independence, communication and positive behaviour strategies (PBS)
- Work collaboratively with families, social workers, healthcare professionals and external agencies
- Oversee staff rotas, training, audits and quality assurance processes
- Strong experience supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs
- Previous leadership or management experience in residential care or supported living
- Excellent understanding of CQC regulations, risk management and safeguarding

- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
