The Role

- Sound understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and quality standards.
- Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and occupancy.

- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
- Experience managing services for older people and/or individuals living with dementia.
